My family, and extended family are very important to me. I have been interested in family history and genealogy since about 1980.
I have an unusual passion and drive to gather, protect, and preserve family information for the younger generation coming up; that I have found is unique among most family members

Russ and Edith lived most of the time on Spud Run, They had 8 children, one died as baby. Their ultimate home was the 14 acre farm just below the forks. It was called "The Place".

Meekers have been in Ohio for a long time, some coming from NY and Conn. as long ago as 1840. They initially lived in town, but just before WW2 they moved into the Oldaker home on Sugar Run. They had 14 children!

This famous family goes way back to England and France (1370!) One Gail Borden, my distant cousin founded the Borden Company (Elsie the cow)
